Riverboats Music Festival
15 - 17 February 2019, Echuca - Moama
Riverboats Music Festival is the Murray River’s leading contemporary music event. Staged at the Aquatic Reserve in Echuca-Moama on the third weekend of February, Riverboats Music Festival attracts over 11,000 people to the central Murray region for three days of world-class entertainment across a range of musical genres. The 2019 line-up features The Waifs, Tex Perkins, Augie March and Far From Folsom.
Canowindra International Balloon Challenge
19 - 28 April 2019, Canowindra
The Canowindra Balloon Challenge is an international competition in the Central NSW town offering competitors the chance to work with world renowned ballooning experts and win prizes and trophies. In addition to the balloon racing, Canowindra celebrates with trivia nights, night markets, barefoot bowls, entertainment and the public highlight, the Balloon Glow, a magical experience of balloons lighting up their burners in time to music under the starry night skies.

Lismore Lantern Parade

The Lismore Lantern Parade is an annual community event held on or around the longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice. This year, the event features a unique art and craft market, street food vans, kid’s activities, workshops, lantern decorating and a festival stage featuring live entertainment. At dusk, the Lantern Parade dances through the streets of Lismore CBD culminating in a fiery theatrical finale of music, dance and performance in the Lismore Quadrangle.

Curryfest Woolgoolga

Curryfest is a celebration of Woolgoolga’s unique Punjabi heritage. The event features a week of community events culminating in the Curryfest Market Day which takes over the main street with over 100 food and market stalls offering curries from all over the world and other multicultural food. The entertainment program includes Punjabi dancers, Indian music and other modern entertainment.
